How do I cook my MìLà frozen dumplings and noodles?
Each product comes with specific instructions on the packaging. Generally, our soup dumplings are best steamed for 8-10 minutes, while our noodles can be boiled and ready in under 5 minutes.
How is the food shipped to ensure it stays frozen?
We ship our products in insulated liners with dry ice to ensure they remain frozen during transit. We recommend transferring them to your freezer immediately upon arrival.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
Do you offer shipping to all 50 states?
Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to include Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations in the future.
